Coursera week 1

Choose a topic below and then choose two items to compare. (You can think of your own items to compare or choose one of the examples, but make sure you choose items that are different from each other, not similar.)
You will write a short paragraph comparing the two items you pick. Use at least 5 comparative adjectives and 2 superlative adjectives. You can use other adjectives too.
Topic 1: Sports
examples: Kobe Bryant vs. Steph Curry (NBA) / WWF vs. UFC / women's soccer vs. men's soccer
Topic 2: Movies
examples: drama vs. comedy / Batman vs. Superman / watching in a theater vs. watching at home
Topic 3: Shopping
examples: Louis Vuitton vs. Gucci / Honda vs. Toyota / online shopping vs. shopping malls

Topic 2: Movies
My friend asked me to compare two of my favourite movies. I was a bit confused - I consider books to be more useful and prefer them. Nevertheless there are a few movies that completely took my breath away.
The first one was "The Notebook". It's an incredibly trembling love story. The point was that her parents thought of him as the worst variant, because they were richer and more dignified. Although she was preparing for the wedding with the best, as her parents said, candidate (rich but narrow-minded), love won. Love always wins.
The second film that I'm absolutely in love with is "Gone girl". It's crueler than the first one because it's a psychological thriller. It tells a less happylove story. Almost unhappy, I have to admit. It's all about the dissappearance of Nick's wife. I have watched it pop-eyed. It's harder to guess something about the ending than in the first movie.
