1. Use the prepositions to and for before the indirect object-person - of passive verbs. E. g. A toy was given to him for Christmas. Not "given him on"
2. See or hear is used with bare infinitive in Active Voice and Complex object. E. g. I saw her be in hurry. Not "I saw her being in hurry"
3. Past and perfect participles may replace clauses in the passive voice. E. g. Having been depressed by that scene, they hardly organised the party. Not " Beeing depressed by that scene, they hardly organised the party".
4. Let in Active Voice=be allowed to in Passive Voice. E. g. He was not allowed to use a phone. Not "He was not let to use a phone"
5. Reflexive pronouns are not used after verbs such as sleep, dress, wake up, wash, shave, etc. E. g. He shaves every week. Not "He shaves himself evry week"
